Judge Cannon said that after reviewing the motions, the court found a matter that may be of considerable help to the court.

The House Oversight Committee, House Ways and Means Committee, and House Judiciary Committee are involved in the probe.

President Biden’s lawyers said their client’s ‘inability to recall dates or details of events that happened years ago is neither surprising nor unusual.’

‘Report paints a clear picture of a president who is not up for the job,’ the letter from West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey stated.
