A New York judge rejected Kesha’s appeal to end her business relationship with Sony Music and record producer, Dr. Luke, citing lack of jurisdiction by the court and other legalities.
Kelly Clark said in a new interview that back in 2004, she was “blackmailed” by her record label into working with Dr. Luke, who has been embroiled in a controversial legal battle with Kesha, best known for her hit “Tik Tok.”
After Kesha has lost the court battle to break her contract with her recording studio, the pop star received an outpouring of support from both fans and her fellow entertainers, including warm wishes from Lady Gaga, Lorde, and a $250,000 check from Taylor Swift.
