Hunter Biden indicted

With the June 3 proceedings date looming, Mr. Biden is now asking for the full panel of court judges to consider dismissing his indictment.

The unfolding drama between the Justice Department and Hunter Biden’s legal defense team brings to mind the line, “It’s a pity both sides can’t lose.”

What’s at issue is why only a few months ago, Special Counsel David Weiss gave Hunter a sweetheart deal for the exact same crimes he has now charged him with.
