Ohio Congressman Boccierri, who released an official statement expressing his move to support the health care bill despite intense pressure from a conservative Ohio collective.
Rep. James Clyburn, House majority whip and the main vote counter for the House of representatives, said that House Democrats do not have enough votes for the passage of Obama administration’s health care bill.
Rep. Michael McMahon of Staten Island and Brooklyn criticized the bill, which puts health care more in the hands of the government, for being too expensive, increasing taxes too much, and cutting Medicare too much.
