HONG KONG—The Playoff Final in the CIHL at Mega Ice on Saturday March 14, went down to the wire.

Hong Kong Tycoons and Kowloon Warriors both won their 2nd Best-of-Three Semi-final matches on Saturday Feb 28 to take them into the Final of the playoffs at Mega Ice on March 14. Both matches were played with the added intensity of cup ties and had spectators on the tips of their seats – end to end hockey fierce tackles and a high sense of urgency was the formula of the day.

HONG KONG—The two teams that finished down the standings in the 2014-2015 CIHL regular League showed their metal in the first leg of the 3-leg playoffs at Mega Ice on Saturday Feb 14.

HONG KONG—Macau Aces secured a top of the table finish in the CIHL league at Mega Ice on Saturday Feb 7 finishing with 18-points after winning against the 2nd placed South China Sharks. But all eyes are now on the 3-round semi-finals starting this coming Saturday Feb 14. The line up for the playoffs is Macau Aces against an improving Kowloon Warriors while South China Sharks will face Hong Kong Tycoons.

An overtime 4-3 win for Macau Aces over the Hong Kong Tycoons and a ravaging of the Kowloon Warriors by South China Sharks 10-3 leaves the two top and bottom teams in the standings with important games to play next week (Feb 7) in the final round of the 2014-2015 regular season.

HONG KONG—With just two rounds to play in the CIHL regular season the teams are bunching up for some great playoffs and the big finale. Macau Aces lead the standings on 14-points, South China Sharks and Hong Kong Tycoons are both on 12-points and Kowloon Warriors with their recent improved performance are just 1-point further back.

HONG KONG—Hong Kong Tycoons and Macau Aces produced superior performances to consolidate their positions at the top of the Standings going into the year-end break in the 2014/15 CIHL league. After 9-rounds of the 14-round schedule, Tycoons are leading with 12-points, Aces have 10-points, South China Sharks are on 8-points and Kowloon Warriors bring up the rear on 7-points.

Warriors put on a magical display to outgun league leaders Hong Kong Tycoons and the South China Sharks got the better of the Macau Aces.

HONG KONG—The opening matches of the 2014-15 season of the China Ice Hockey League (CIHL) took place on Saturday evening Oct 4 (8pm until 11pm) at Mega Ice, Kowloon Bay, where action packed matches showed quality hockey by local and overseas players.

Kowloon Warriors completed the perfect comeback by taking the 2013-14 China Ice Hockey League Championship by beating South China Sharks in a thrilling battle at Mega Ice on Saturday March 22.

Kowloon Warriors and South China Sharks both won their best of three Semi-finals in two-straight weeks to put them head-to-head in the China Ice Hockey League Final.

In the first round of the China Ice Hockey League (CIHL) best-of-three playoffs, the season’s worst performed team, Kowloon Warriors, continued their improving form to shock the season’s best performed team, Macau Aces. Meanwhile, South China Sharks showed consistency in defeating Hong Kong Tycoons.

Heavy wins for Hong Kong Tycoons over South China Sharks and Kowloon Warriors over Macau Aces in the final round of the China Ice Hockey League matches at Mega Ice on Saturday (Feb 15) meant that there was no change to the final league standings order.
