While mainland China is still suffering from the CCP virus and the African swine flu, a suspected case of bubonic plague was reported in Bayannur city, Inner Mongolia on July 5. According to residents, the local authorities do not have any measures to control the plague.
According to a report from health officials in Bayannur city of Inner Mongolia, the Urad Middle Banner People’s Hospital confirmed on July 4 that it was treating one patient who had symptoms of the bubonic plague. The patient, a herdsman, is under quarantine and in stable condition, according to Chinese media reports.
