The annual Hong Kong Hockey 5’s started last week with the youth tournament being held last week and the adult competition is now in full swing at Mega Ice, Kowloon Bay.
With the regular CIHL season matches complete the final ranking of the teams shows South China Sharks way out in front in the standings with 26 points, Macau Aces second on 17 points, Hong Kong Tycoons a close third with 16 points and Kowloon Warriors bringing up the rear with 10 points.
With five rounds left in the regular season South China Sharks still lead the standings with 18 points but Macau Aces in second place narrowed the gap to 4 points in the CIHL League at Mega Box on Thursday Feb 4, 2016.
After 8-rounds of play South China Sharks lead the CIHL standings with 14-points at the end of year break, the Macau Aces are second on 10 points, Kowloon Warriors are third with 8-points and Hong Kong Tycoons bring up the rear on just 3-points.

This year is no exception with a total of 96 teams from 18countires and cities more taking part in this 12 day tournament running from April 27 to May 10.
