The city of Enshi, Hubei, suffered severe waterlogging a week ago. Later on, water plants were damaged by landslides. Thus, the city has been out of water for four days. On July 23, a fecal vacuum truck delivering water sparked discussions. Local residents said that they did not dare to drink the water sent by the rescue vehicles. They bought bottled water or found water sources by themselves. Sometimes rural volunteers also brought them mountain spring water.
