Four countries, including Ukraine and Moldova, took steps in their quest to join the bloc, in what could be its largest expansion in over 20 years.

The group also urged foreign governments to stop providing financial and logistical support to Sudanese warring parties.
The 32-year-old is charged with being a member of a terrorist organisation between 2015 and 2019.
