Matthew Wood has been a practicing herbalist for more than 40 years. He holds a master of science degree in herbal medicine from the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine. He is the author of several books, including "The Book of Herbal Wisdom," "The Earthwise Herbal," and "Holistic Medicine and the Extracellular Matrix," and teaches online through the Matthew Wood Institute of Herbalism.
