WWE 2K15 will see a digital edition for next-gen consoles, but things are less clear on current-gen.
As a reply to a question about digital copies of the game on the official 2K Games forum, WWE 2K15 Community Manager Jared Rea replied that 2K will be having a digital copy available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but there is currently “no date set on when it'll be available for a digital pre-order.”
Rea didn’t say anything about whether the PS3 and Xbox 360 will be getting a digital edition, so its up in the air if current-gen players can only get the physical copy of the game.
Apart from the standard version, 2K Games is also releasing a limited launch, “Hulkamania” Edition, which includes a copy of the game, a collectible art card personally autographed by Hulk Hogan, a Funko “Hollywood” Hulk Hogan vinyl figure, a piece of authentic ring canvas from Hulk Hogan’s Monday Night Raw appearance on March 10, 2014 in Memphis, Tenn, two pre-order-exclusive characers, Hulk Hogan and “Hollywood” Hulk Hogan, as well as access to WWE 2K15 global pre-order Sting playable character pack.
