A BBC meteorologist passed out on live television.
Rachel Mackley began giving the weather report when she started stumbling backwards.
The 33-year-old mother-of-one said: “I’m so sorry, I’m going to faint.”
Producers swiftly cut to presenters Polly Evans and Rob Smith, noted the Daily Mirror.
Smith urged fellow staff members: “Quick, quick chaps, if we could sort Rachel out there.”
“We just need to have a check on Rachel there,” Evans added.
Fortunately things appeared to be resolved later.
“Just spoken to Rachel Mackley and she’s doing okay,” BBC sports reporter Claire Cottingham said via Twitter.
“Scary moment on South East Today but she’s doing alright.”
