A Transformers 3 stunt reportedly left a movie extra in critical condition on the film’s production set on Wednesday.
The movie crew was filming a car scene and Gabriella Cedillo, 24, was inside the vehicle when an object crashed through the windshield and injured her, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Police spokesperson Sgt. Ann Wojas told AP that Cedillo is in critical condition after taking part in the scene in the Chicago suburb of Hammond, Indiana.
Cedillo was rushed to Loyola University Medical Center near Chicago and is reported to be suffering from serious head injuries. A hospital official did not give any more details on her condition.
She was not a member of the stunt crew but was just an extra, the Sun-Times reported.
