Survivor arrest mix-up: Kimberly Spradlin, the winner of “Survivor: One World,” was arrested while she was at the DMV in Texas in an apparent mix-up.

A staffer at the DMV noticed there was a warrant out for her arrest for a number of bounced checks that weren’t paid off, reported TMZ.

However, it emerged that she was not the person wanted in the arrest warrant. The person had the same name and same birthday, meaning there was a problem with the system.

Spradlin was forced to hand over $1,500 for her bond when she was jailed. She told TMZ that she wants her money back.

“Be careful at the DMV, [you] never know what’s going to happen,” she said, adding that “bring a jacket ... it’s cold in jail.”

Before winning “Survivor” and a $1 million prize in 2012, Spradlin was a bridal shop owner in San Antonio, Texas.

And last month, Spradlin got married in Mexico to her fiance.

“We chose a private beach near our hotel,” Spradlin told People magazine in March. “It’s by a cove. I just wanted it to feel very organic and natural.”
