Seth Rogen to Tie the Knot With Longtime Girlfriend

Seth Rogen proposed to his long-time girlfriend last week, surprising her with his proposal, according to media reports on Wednesday.

While visiting his family in Boston, Rogen got down on one knee, which came as a shock to his writer-and-actress girlfriend Lauren Miller, according to an article in Life & Style magazine.

“He surprised her with the proposal,” a friend of Rogen said in the article. “She'd started giving up hope that he would ever pop the question.”

The two started dating in 2004.

According to the friend, her family is pleased with the idea and are discussing plans for the wedding ceremony. It is unknown when exactly Rogen, 28, and Miller, also 28, will wed.

“Her family adores him; everyone is thrilled to plan a wedding,” the friend told Life & Style.

Seth Rogen will be starring in the upcoming movie, “The Green Hornet,” which has a release date set for January 2011.
