This year’s Fulong Sand Sculpture Festival presents artwork by 41 artists from eight countries.

IMPERMANENT ART: The fourth annual Fulong Sand Sculpture Festival in New Taipei City, Taiwan, presents sand sculptures by 41 artists from Canada, Germany, Japan, mainland China, Portugal, Russia, Taiwan, and the United States. The sand sculptures embody historical and natural themes. According to the organizers, an open competition will be held May 14 and 15.
