Paul Abdul, fresh from leaving “American Idol,” did not hesitate to talk about her new dance show which is set to hold its first auditions next month.

Abdul, before the Emmy Awards ceremony on Sunday evening, told OnTheRedCarpet.com that there is no age limit on the show.

“You can be of any age, from like five or six to 105 or 6 and you would be surprised at the unbelievable, beautiful, niche-oriented, passionate dancers coming forward,” she said.

The show doesn’t have an official name yet and is simply called Paula Abdul’s Dance Show, and will be based on the UK television series “Got to Dance” which will debut next season.

Her show has a website paulaabduldanceshow.com, and potential contestants can upload their audition videos here.

“You can enter as a soloist, a duo, a group, in all styles of dance,” Abdul told the website. “In fact, I’m encouraging people to fuse styles together.”
