Grammy Award winning singer Pat Benatar released her highly anticipated memoir, titled Between a Heart and Rock Place Tuesday while preparing to launch a lengthy U.S. tour.

Pat Benatar made her biography available for pre-order on her official website www.patbenatar.com earlier this month for fans who wanted to avoid a possible shortage of the book.

Between a Heart and Rock Place is currently available for purchase around the world through her website. Benatar’s book can be purchased at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Borders.

Benatar, a Brooklyn native, is expected to shed light on her ups and downs in the entertainment industry along with elements of her personal life that were previously kept private.

Benatar, 57, had an extremely successful career as a pop/rock singer in the 1980s.

She won four Grammy Awards and was the first woman performer to featured on MTV. Benatar is getting ready so start a full packed U.S. tour with her first show being in Uncasville, CT.
