North Korea released a propaganda video on April 4 which shows the destruction of South Korean capital Seoul.
The 88-second video was uploaded to the DPRK Today website and on Youtube. The clip shows the destruction of South Korea’s presidential Blue House and other government buildings.
The clip ends with a threat saying, 'Everything will turn into ashes.'
