Don’t try this at home.
A video shows a driver pushing a 2014 GMC Sierra to the limit, launching it over a hill in British Columbia, Canada.
The clip was uploaded to YouTube a few weeks ago, and the driver was identified as Daniel Vye.
“We were meeting up with him to go wheeling that day and he was a bit early, and as he was sitting, waiting for us, he said he spent the whole time staring at the hill contemplating whether he could make it or not,” Vye told KamloopsBCNow. “I said, ‘If you want to try it, I’ll jump in the passenger seat.' The girlfriend grabbed the camera, he backed up, and we just hit the hills, foot to the floor and didn’t let off until we got over the top.”
The Widowmaker hill is popular among thrill-seekers, including dirt bikers.
“I’ve personally never seen a truck make it over the top,” Vye insisted.
Another video shows the Sierra making its way down the hill.
“We started going over the edge. I was damn well standing on the dashboard it was so steep,” added Vye.
“I think people like it because it’s a brand new truck and someone is just driving it without any concern for it.
