Jonas L.A., the Jonas Brothers sitcom, which made its debut last year, was pulled from the Disney Channel, according to MTV News.
“We’ve been fortunate to work with the enormously talented Jonas Brothers on several projects including the Emmy-nominated series Jonas L.A.,” a Disney representative told MTV in an official statement. “The series has concluded as scheduled after two very successful seasons, and all original episodes of its second season have aired.”
Entertainment Weekly reported that the show’s 13 episodes averaged 3.7 million total viewers.
The Jonas Brothers are “busy wrapping up their 40+ city concert tour and will soon be back in the studio” to record new material, Disney said in its statement.
The show was nominated for an Emmy for the Outstanding Children’s Program category.
