Joan Baez, the legendary folk singer from the 1960s, fell 20 feet from a treehouse on her property in Woodside, Calif., and sustained minor injuries on Wednesday, according to the San Jose Mercury News.

Nancy Lutzlow, a manager at Baez’s production company, said the 69-year-old singer is “resting comfortably,” according to the Mercury News. Baez is currently at Stanford Hospital.

When the weather is nice, Baez gets closer to nature by sleeping in the wall-less treehouse in a 200-year-old tree at her home, where she lives with her elderly mother.

She was stepping down from the treehouse when she fell.

In October, she told the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle “my contact with nature and the moon and the birds and the trees, they mean so much to me.”

Her next live appearances are slated for March.

She is known for songs like Diamonds & Rust, Blowin' in the Wind, and Forever Young.
