After the release of iOS 8.2 this week, there’s still time to downgrade to iOS 8.1.3.

“If you want to downgrade to iOS 8.1.3 from iOS 8.2, you'll want to do it as soon as possible, because it’s only matter of time before Apple stops signing iOS 8.1.3. Afterward, you won’t be able to downgrade. Luckily, Apple is still signing iOS 8.1.3 right now, so you have a little bit of time to lock in iOS 8.1.3 if you’ve been having issues with iOS 8.2,” says GottabeMobile.com.

First, you will need to back up your iOS device in case of a glitch or something unexpected.

Then you will have to download a file from the website (don’t worry--it’s secure) and download the iOS 8.1.3 IPSW for your specific device (e.g. iPhone 6, iPad Air, etc.).

After you download the file, plug in your iOS device USB to your computer and open iTunes. After that, go to the summary page on the device and hold Option/Alt. If you are in Windows, hold Shift also. Keep holding the keys down when you click Restore in iTunes.

After that go to the IPSW file and open it. iTunes should be begin restoring your device back to iOS 8.1.3.

There are NO jailbreaks for iOS 8.1.3 or iOS 8.2 as of yet.

Meanwhile, the Chinese hacking team, TaiG, is trying to organize a Jailbreak summit in Beijing, China (which honestly sounds a bit sketchy).

The summit will be held March 27, according to iClarified.
