Hurricane Jova Weakens to Tropical Storm, Hits Mexico

Hurricane Jova weakened to a Category 2 tropical storm before it hit the western coast of Mexico early Wednesday morning, bringing heavy rains and powerful winds, according to the National Hurricane Center.
