Gary Coleman is in critical condition after a reported head injury. Limited information has been released about his condition.
A statement from Coleman’s brother to People Magazine confirmed that the 42-year-old actor is in the hospital. The former Different Strokes star is in critical condition but the specific reason for him being held in that sector of a Utah hospital is not known at this time.
“I can confirm Mr. Coleman is a patient here at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. He’s listed in critical condition. He was admitted Wednesday. We are not confirming what department he’s in or any further details,” hospital spokeswoman Janet Frank told People Magazine.
This is Coleman’s third trip to the hospital this year. He was sent to the emergency room after a seizure on a television set in February, and he made another trip to the hospital in January.
