Hurley will play as the main archvillain, Veronica Cale. Wonder Woman herself will be played by Adrianne Palicki.
The English former model sent out a tweet on Thursday which said she is “thrilled to be doing the NBC pilot Wonder Woman. I’ll be playing the evil villain. Can’t wait.”
Deadline reported that Hurley “will guest star in the pilot as villain Veronica Cale, the beautiful, highly educated head of one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the country who is afflicted with serious deep-seated Wonder Woman envy.”
Tracie Thoms, who starred in Cold Case, will play a recurring role as Etta, the personal assistant and alter ego of Wonder Woman, Deadline also reported.
