The internet has officially lost its cool.
One of the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s (UFC) most popular headline fighters, featherweight champion Conor McGregor, tweeted on April 19 implying that it’s time for him to hang up the gloves.
I have decided to retire young.

Thanks for the cheese.
Catch ya’s later.
Of course, this sparks a number of questions because McGregor was slated to fight Nate Diaz in just three months, a competitor who just recently beat him at a welterweight bout in March.
From the naked eye, it’s apparent the fighter loves to get in the ring, as well as cherish his ego. So if he decides to step away, it'll be a swift kick to MMA’s fanbase.
But for right now, bring on the speculation.
Conor McGregor’s retirement tweet may be real. His teammate just killed someone in the ring last week. Perhaps it was a wake up call.

Conor McGregor isn’t retiring. He’s being obnoxious and attention seeking.
