On Nov. 16 on Capitol Hill, William Reinsch (L), chairman of the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission (USCC), and Daniel Slane, vice chairman, released the 2011 USCC annual report to Congress. Reinsch served as undersecretary for Export Administration in the U.S. Department of Commerce. Slane has extensive international business experience, including operating a business in China.
