102 bottles of nail polish: A man was arrested last week for reportedly stealing 102 bottles of nail polish from a CVS store in Connecticut, authorities said.

Police told NBC that 42-year-old Marco Gonzalez stuffed 102 bottles into his sweatshirt on Thursday night after he entered the store in Middletown.

The ally Hansen and Essie brand bottles cost around $8.49 each, the station reported, meaning that he stole around $866 worth of products.

When police questioned him, an officer noted Gonzalez “said that he did not plan on paying for the nail polish,” according to the Middletown Press.

He was sent to police headquarters and was charged with 5th-degree larceny.

Gonzalez is slated to appear in court in May.

Patch.com reported that Gonzalez is a “career criminal” who has been convicted of felony charges in the past.

In 2011, he was charged with stealing around $160 worth of items at a CVS in another part of town. A year later, he tried to steal around $393 worth of items from a Rite Aid.
