“It was fantastic. It was surreal. It was unbelievable. It was poetry in motion—everything was so perfect—so beautiful it is unbelievable,” Mr. Shomik said after the performance at Lincoln Center’s David H. Koch Theater.
Mr. Cheng was especially moved by the story about a Western father and his daughter depicted in An Unexpected Encounter. “When seeing the program, I was almost in tears,” he said.
