A United States think-tank on Monday said it discovered North Korea’s “undeclared” missile operating base near its border with China, which is believed to house intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs).

The Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) said in a report that the Hoejung-ni missile operating base is located about 15 miles (25 kilometers) from the border with China in Chagang province and 173 miles (280 kilometers) northeast of Pyongyang, based on its satellite images.
