A prisoner in the United Kingdom was reportedly attacked after inmates discovered the crime she had committed.
Gallon was convicted for providing vulnerable girls—some as young as 13—to a network of predators. She was imprisoned for six years after pleading guilty to three charges of trafficking.
Officials had to move her to another prison after she became the target of other female prisoners. She was held at Low Newton’s women’s prison in Durham, and she was moved about 150 miles to HMP Styal, in Cheshire, after “constant taunting” from other prisoners, the publication reported.
At her new prison, she was reportedly assaulted on Saturday.

Jimmy Gallon, the father of the 23-year-old convict, told Chronicle Live: “People have found out what she’s in for and she’s getting grief.”
“She got moved from one place to another because she was getting picked on, then she rang me saying she had been assaulted by someone in there,” he said. “She’s my daughter and I just feel like there’s nothing I can do for her. I really miss her but my hands are tied. It’s just heartbreaking for me.”
