There’s Been A Trail of Broken Promises From North Korea, Say US Officials

U.S. officials said on Thursday that the planned summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un had been called off because a “successful outcome” did not seem possible.

Earlier on Thursday, Trump called off the summit with Kim that was scheduled for June 12, citing Pyongyang’s “open hostility.”
