LONDON—No injuries have so far been reported at a fire in east London, a London Ambulance spokesman said on June 9.
Fifteen fire engines and 100 firefighters were called to a blaze at a block of flats in east London on Sunday, the fire brigade earlier said on its Twitter feed.
“The Brigade was called at 3:31 p.m. [local time] and is still at the scene. Fire crews from Barking, Dagenham, East Ham and surrounding fire stations are at the scene,” The Mirror reported.
The building, from ground floor up to the sixth floor, are alight, the department wrote on Twitter.
