EU Regulator Authorizes AstraZeneca Vaccine for All Adults

BERLIN—Regulators authorized AstraZeneca’s coronavirus vaccine for use in adults throughout the European Union on Friday, amid criticism the bloc is not moving fast enough to vaccinate its population.
