Australian Open Will Start on Feb 8, 2021

Tickets will go on sale on December 23 as Tennis Australia officially confirmed the start date of February 8 for the Australian Open.

Australian Open qualifying will take place overseas with the women’s event held in Dubai and the men’s tournament in Doha from January 10-13.

“For the first time in more than 100 years the Australian Open will start in February and we look forward to offering the players what we believe will be one of their best playing experiences in 2021,” said tournament director Craig Tiley.
