Australia Has Capability to Manufacture mRNA Vaccine: Minister

A senior Morrison government minister says Australia has the capability to manufacture a mRNA type COVID-19 vaccine like Pfizer and Moderna, it just doesn’t have the capability to produce at scale at the moment.
