Alex Jones’s new book “The Great Reset” has made it to several top-selling lists, despite a steady stream of recent news about lawsuits targeting him that put the beleaguered radio and TV host in a negative light.
The book was published on Aug. 30. During its first week, it hit #2 in The Wall Street Journal, #10 in USA Today, and it also appeared as #2 in Publishers Weekly, according to Tony Lyons, the CEO of Skyhorse, the publisher of “The Great Reset.”
The book did not appear on the New York Times best-selling list.
Jones explains that “The Great Reset” is not just a term popularized by the head of the World Economic Forum—Klaus Schwab—“it is the massive, long-term plan of extremely powerful corporate combines to abolish all of the old existing systems and cultures, and on their ashes build a technocracy, the final goal of which is depopulation and transhumanism,” Jones told The Epoch Times.
According to him, these corporate combines are seeking to create a new type of “corporate empire” that controls every facet of government, industry, academia, medicine, and even religious systems.
Jones says he wrote “The Great Reset: And the War for the World” because he wants people—not just in America, but the whole world—to understand that it is the equivalent of “the blueprints to the Death Star.”
He notes that globalist leaders openly talk and write about their plans for an anti-human, anti-freedom, anti-family, anti-god, anti-free market system of world governance.
‘Posthuman World’ by 2045
“We are witnessing their declaration of war against every form of freedom and everything that is seen as good in human history. In short, ‘The Great Reset’ is the name given by the globalists to their hostile corporate takeover, not just of industry and farming and the entire infrastructure, but of the minds and the physical bodies of humans, and even (in their endgame) of every form of life on this planet. This is a hostile takeover of reality,” said Jones.A senior person at Simon & Schuster, the distributor for Skyhorse, told The Epoch Times that by Sep. 29: “total gross shipped units (globally) of The Great Reset by Alex Jones equal 130,346 units.”
Giving further credence to the assertions made in his book, Jones extensively quotes some of the publications from Schwab and his adviser and technocrat author Yuval Noah Harari throughout his best seller.
“When you read the words of Yuval Noah Harari and Klaus Schwab, they’re fantastical. They talk about the posthuman world being here by 2045. They openly discuss how the future is not human. They admit that they are going to forcibly colonize our bodies with microchips and nanotech, and create a second immune system,” Jones said.
“‘You will own nothing and you will have nothing’ is their goal—complete and total domestication of the population of earth. It is not an exaggeration to say that everything is the Great Reset. It is the final revolution, or what the technocrats who control the New World Order call, ’the end of history.' They do not want any future revolution—either peaceful or violent, cultural, economic, or technological—to threaten their absolute monopoly over the future of humanity. That’s why this book is beyond critical: It is essential that the population of the world understand that they are under attack by a scientific elite hell-bent on omnipresent control through AI and genetic engineering of all life on this planet and, in the future, beyond,” Jones added.
Despite all the bad news, he still has hope and believes that there is a populist uprising against The Great Reset.
“The good news is, at an accelerating rate, we are seeing populist leaders being elected to local, state, and national offices across the planet. That’s why the technocratic social engineers are accelerating their plan. They know the time for their megalomaniacal plan is running out.”
Jones further explains in his book how China is the model for the future architecture, both cultural and economic, of the whole planet.
Debate, Not Censorship
Lyons said that if Jones’s critics actually had better, rational arguments, and if they had the actual means to convince the American people that so-called misinformation or conspiracy theories were incorrect, they wouldn’t have to “vilify, deplatform, censor, run hit pieces, falsify bestseller lists, manipulate algorithms, misrepresent likes, and use other big tech ‘product features’ to steer the public towards their myopic and self-serving perspectives.”In 2018, the radio and TV host was censored from major internet platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, PayPal, Apple, and Spotify, accused of violating their policies.
“We need more speech, more open dialogue in this country rather than less. The First Amendment is meant to protect, even and perhaps especially, the arguments that you hate, that you want to fight with every bit of strength you have,” Lyons told The Epoch Times.
“If you disagree, make a better argument, do the work, take the time, don’t quit, don’t give in to fascism. Because it’s all fine when you’re censoring other people to protect your own narrative, but it’s obvious where it leads,” the publisher added.
