2nd Arrest Made During Investigation Into UK Journalist’s Disappearance in Amazon

Brazil’s federal police on Tuesday arrested a second suspect during its investigation into the disappearance of British journalist Dom Phillips and indigenous adviser Bruno Pereira in a remote area in the Amazon forest.

The 41-year-old fisherman, Oseney da Costa de Oliveira, also known as “Dos Santos,” is the brother of the main suspect Amarido da Costa de Oliveira, who is known as “Pelado.”
