The Pentagon has released video footage of a Russian fighter jet dumping fuel on a U.S. surveillance drone over the Black Sea and then colliding with the aircraft during a second approach on March 14.
U.S. officials said the impact by the Su-27 fighter jet on the MQ-9 U.S. Air Force drone damaged the aircraft’s propeller and forced U.S. personnel to bring the drone down, resulting in a “complete loss.”
