Three elementary school-aged children in Indiana were killed and one child was seriously injured when a vehicle hit them at a school bus stop in Rochester, Fulton County, local media reported.

Indiana State Police said the children were at a Tippecanoe Valley school bus stop near 4600 N State Road 25 on Tuesday, Oct. 30, when a vehicle ran into them.

Three children—two girls and a boy—died, and one child was airlifted to a hospital in Fort Wayne, according to WLFI.
A witness said the three deceased were members of the same family, according to WSBT22.

Reports say it is unclear if the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene of the accident.

This is a developing story.
