Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) on Monday said that an attempt by some Democrats to expel her from Congress is “very foolish” because she has done “absolutely nothing wrong,” adding that she believes the effort will ultimately fall through.

About 70 House Democrats led by Rep. Jimmy Gomez (D-Calif.) signed a resolution last week to expel the embattled lawmaker from office on the grounds that Greene “had previously supported social media posts calling for political violence against the Speaker of the House, members of Congress, and former President Barack Obama.”
