A Pennsylvania State lawmaker has been criticized for allegedly harassing an elderly female pro-life protestor outside a southeastern Pennsylvania Planned Parenthood clinic last week.
Democratic Rep. Brian Sims filmed and posted a video of himself confronting and repeatedly taunting a woman for nearly 9 minutes. The woman, who was holding rosary beads and a bag of pamphlets, appeared to be quietly praying on the sidewalk when Sims approached.
