California officials announced they found missing 3-year-old Noah Clare and missing 16-year-old Amber Clare after the two had gone missing earlier this month.

They two disappeared on Nov. 6 and were last seen in Tennessee. The pair were discovered this week in San Clemente, California.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation wrote an update Thursday saying Noah had been found safe, along with his 16-year-old cousin, Amber Clare. Noah’s father, Jake Clare, was arrested.

The two children “have been found safe and sound, just outside of San Clemente, CA! Jake Clare is in custody! More details soon!” the bureau wrote.

“THEY GOT THEM!!!!!” Noah Clare’s mother, Amanda Leigh Ennis, wrote on Facebook Thursday.

Authorities previously said that the boy is believed to be in the company of 35-year-old Jacob “Jake” Clare, a family member who is wanted by police for aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference and who may have been armed.

Tennessee officials issued an Endangered Child Alert for Noah on Nov. 9 before elevating it to an Amber Alert on Tuesday.

Bonnie Krpata, Jacob Clare’s mother, told WSMV-TV that her son was distraught that he wasn’t able to get more time with his son and was fighting to obtain more overnight visits with the child.

“Amber and Noah are not old enough and mature enough to make a decision and live on the road. It is not right. I love you, but you got to bring them babies home,” Krpata pleaded in her interview with the station.
