Tennessee officials issued an Endangered Child Alert for Noah on Nov. 9 before elevating it to an Amber Alert on Tuesday.
Bonnie Krpata, Jacob Clare’s mother, told WSMV-TV that her son was distraught that he wasn’t able to get more time with his son and was fighting to obtain more overnight visits with the child.
