A Mexican illegal immigrant, who allegedly killed a woman, was able to flee the United States after Washington County officers let him go, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said on Tuesday.
A report filed by ICE said that Alejandro Maldonado-Hernandez was responsible for a fatal crash involving Patrick Ator and his wife, Janace Ator, in Washington County, Oregon, on July 12.
