LOS ANGELES—A 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and for allegedly posing as a teenager in an attempt to prey on over a dozen minors in Koreatown, authorities said June 28.

Kenneth Tellez Ordonez, of Los Angeles, was arrested on June 12 on suspicion of the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl and three other victims, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. An additional 13 victims were allegedly contacted by Mr. Ordonez between March and May of this year, police said.

“Detectives also believe there are more victims due to the earliest assault being in February 2023. The identified ages of these victims range from 11-16 years old,” the department reported.

Mr. Ordonez was also believed to have recorded these assaults and posted them on social media, police said.

The suspect’s booking photo was released because detectives believe Mr. Ordonez was responsible for additional unreported assaults.

Police described Mr. Ordonez as a 5-foot, 3-inch tall Latino man, weighing around 173 pounds.

Authorities urged victims to contact the LAPD.
