The number of unique visitors to The Washington Post’s site was down 44 percent in November compared to November 2020, and down about 34 percent for The New York Times during the same period, the firm noted.
Meanwhile, CNN and MSNBC have programming decisions to make next year: CNN has to replace its formerly most popular host, Chris Cuomo, who was terminated after it was reported that he secretly helped his brother, former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, during a political scandal. And MSNBC has to come up with a solution after host Brian Williams announced several weeks ago that he would be leaving the company.
