An illegal alien who was deported two years ago has been arrested in Houston, Texas, and charged with the murder of a Houston store clerk.
Jose Bonilla-Ortiz, 18, was arrested on Nov. 17 at an apartment he was living in two miles north of the Metro Food Mart, where he’s accused of killing another immigrant, Faruk Bhuiya of Bangladesh, the Houston Police Department said.
