An illegal immigrant has been arrested and charged with the kidnap and rape of three girls, including one 11-year-old, police in Minnesota have confirmed.

The alleged attacker is 22-year-old Oscar Luna, who is facing charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to the Bemidji Police Department, a “juvenile female”  presented herself at the emergency room of Sanford Bemidji Medical Center where she said she had been sexually assaulted.

Medical authorities then contacted law enforcement to report the incident, who then sought to hone in on the location of where the assault took place.

“Through the investigation, officers and detectives identified 1821 America Court NW, Bemidji, as the location of the sexual assault and a search warrant was executed at this residence,” the Bemidji Police Department said in a press release.

“During the execution of the search warrant a 22-year-old male identified as Oscar Ernesto Luna was arrested on a warrant from Hennepin County and also charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct in Beltrami County,” it continued.

The search also led to the discovery of eleven illegal immigrants, who were sent to U.S. Border Patrol for processing.

“There were several other individuals located and identified at 1821 America Court NW, eleven of which were transported by US Border Patrol to be processed as illegal immigrants,” the release continued. “This is an ongoing investigation.”

According to court documents obtained by KVRR, the 11-year-old victim said she had been “tied up and raped by multiple men in Bemidji.”

Meanwhile, a responding officer confirmed that she had suffered “cuts and bruises on her neck, wrist, knee, and other parts of her body,” as well as a burn mark on her neck.

During multiple police interviews interviews, the girl revealed she had been with a woman named Verna Fairbanks, who she called “Auntie.”

Fairbanks allegedly placed her in a vehicle where a bag was placed over her head. She was then brought to a house with four men she described as “Mexican,” before being “stripped and tied up” alongside two other girls who were being subject to similar abuse.

While at the property, the victim claimed that Fairbanks used a rope to restrain her by the neck and forced her to consume alcohol. She added that one of the other girls who had been assaulted was concealed in a closet, while another was severely injured and unconscious.

The young girl, who described her pain as “eight out of ten,” said she managed to escape the situation two days later when one of the other girls untied her. She added that one of the men named “Panda” punished this other victim by throwing her down a flight of stairs.

A staggering 3.8 million illegal immigrants have entered the U.S. since Joe Biden took office in 2021, around half of whom have been released pending a court date. However, many of these immigrants simply disappear and go on to live and reside in the U.S. illegally.

Once released, many of these individuals move to big, Democrat-run cities such as New York, Chicago and Los Angeles where they are provided with “sanctuary“ against deportation as well as access to housing and public services.
As well as committing heinous crimes such as rape, drug trafficking and murder, many of those released are also suspected of links to terrorism.
Last month, The Epoch Times reported CBP figures confirming at least 149 illegal immigrants have been identified as known terrorists, suspected terrorists, or associates of both.
