Authorities identified the 8-month-old girl who was killed after being struck by a car after she fell out of a moving vehicle at an intersection in Irving, Texas.

The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the child as Kassidy Smith, they told KXAS-TV KXAS-TV in Dallas.
